📄 Question Structure

  • 5–8 problems per test
  • Multiple parts (a, b, c, etc.) for each problem
  • Point values clearly marked for each part

📋 Test-Taking Guidelines

Before the Test

  • Review relevant lecture materials
  • Complete and understand corresponding homework
  • Practice similar problems from textbook
  • Organize your allowed materials
  • Get adequate sleep the night before

During the Test

  • Work independently – no communication
  • Use only your own materials
  • Raise hand for clarifications (not hints!)
  • Show all work clearly
  • Budget time wisely (~12 minutes per problem)
  • Check your answers if time permits

After the Test

  • Grading: Completed within one week
  • Feedback: Common errors and solutions discussed
  • Regrade requests: Submit within one week with justification

🔄 Make-Up Policy

Procedure

  1. Contact instructor/mentor ASAP (before test if possible)
  2. Provide documentation within 48 hours
  3. Schedule make-up within one week of original test
  4. Expect a different (possibly harder) test version

⚠️ Warning: Make-up tests are not guaranteed and may be more challenging than the original.
